Insurance, Coverage & Payment Options
Direct billing, whenever possible.
We submit claims directly to your insurance provider so you’re only responsible for any remaining balance — no paperwork, no waiting for reimbursement. A small number of plans require members to pay up front and be reimbursed themselves; if yours is one of them, we’ll let you know before treatment.
Preauthorization for larger treatment.
Before you commit to more extensive work, we’ll send a preauthorization to your insurer so you know exactly what’s covered and what your out-of-pocket cost will be. No surprises.
Government and public programs.
We’re proud to accept patients covered under:
- The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) — if you’re covered under the CDCP, we’ll bill the program directly on your behalf.
- Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) — we welcome First Nations and Inuit patients covered under the NIHB program and submit claims directly.
- Employment and Income Assistance (EIA) — we accept Manitoba EIA coverage. Call us and we’ll confirm what your benefits include before your appointment.
No insurance? We'll help you find a way.
We understand that dental care is an investment. For patients without coverage, our team will work with you on a payment plan that fits your budget so cost doesn’t stand in the way of treatment.
